Travel To Alaska

For me, I think Alaska Air was by far the worst (6 hour overnight flight and couldn’t get 5 minutes of sleep), the seat reclined about 1.5 inches, and the actually ran out of food before they got to me in the back of the plane.
What are your choices?
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the flight in was delayed for an hour.
DC Girl, though a flight to Alaska is “technically” domestic, we both know that a flight to Britain is closer then a flight to our 49th and 50th states.

I need to pick up my visa to the Netherlands. In order to get the visa I need to show a proof that I and my wife will be medically ensured upon arrival in the Netherlands. In this respect want to get a travel health insurance being in USA. Does anybody know where and how I can do that? Is it possible to do it online and fast?

It’s the white river in Colorado. It is about 160 miles and runs from about Meeker to somewhere in Utah. I want to fish the whole river with some buddies this summer. I need to know a reasonable distance to travel everyday, gear (besides the obvious fishing gear). I would also like to have some opinions on the time of year to go. I was thinking june, but input is definitely welcome.

My husband, our two dogs and I are heading up to Alaska in less than a month and I was wondering if there were any sites out there or services to help us plan hotel spots every 8 hours that allow dogs. We’re worried we are going to get on the road and have to sleep in the car some nights so we don’t leave the dogs in the car alone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
