Travel To Alaska

In April we are moving to Alaska and will be taking the Uhaul up through Canada. I have tried Mapquest, Yahoo Maps, Google Maps, and many others. Each one gives me a different set of directions. I am confused as to whether I should go up Hwy 395 or follow Hwy 2 into Idaho first. Also, none of these maps shows the towns that we would be passing through. I would like to set up hotel reservations and map out each day because there is no way we can drive straight through (as you can tell I am very organized and do not like waiting until the last minute). I need some help here figuring out good driving directions to get up there and also names of towns along the way. Thank you much!!

How can I convince my mom and dad to give me $500 for some travel money?
I am going to Europe and I am wanting my mom and dad to give me $500 to travel with, only thing is is that I don’t want to let him know I’m going to Europe. So can anyone think of an idea that I can get the money. I’m going to call from there and surprise them that I am able to do what I can do. I do have other money saved.

I have been snowboarding for about 5 years now, I live in the midwest and I’m tired of going to paoli peaks (just a hill). Im looking for a greyhound bus friendly ski resort with a cheap hotel near by?
I don’t care about a terrain park I am looking for steep black diamond type trails. I can travel but it will be by a greyhound bus.

Next winter I am going back country snowboarding in Valdez Alaska after my training with the Army.
