I’m going to go see my boyfriend in Alaska soon, and I’m flying from Colorado. I’ve never been on a plane before, and we can’t afford to have a friend or family member come with me. The worst part is that I have an intense phobia of people.. well… losing their lunch. Mix in some clostrophobia and you have a REALLY stressful flight. Does anyone have any advice on how to keep my mind busy or even some excersice to make a panic/phobia attack go away?

Also can someone maybe tell me what things I should expect during the flight? Things like what turbulence is like or what noises take-off and landing makes?

EDIT: Also, I’m only 18, so things like alcohol wouldn’t be a good idea
