A Road Trip Through the USA
I had always wanted to visit the States. The problem with heading over there is the cost of the flight – or so I had always thought. It is frustrating because the cost of things once you are out there is minimal in comparison to the United Kingdom, but if it is expensive to get there you never get to enjoy the benefits of cheap shopping out there!
More out of curiosity than anything else, I started to search for Holidays USA online and I was amazed at what I saw. The prices were fantastic! The pound against the dollar is so good too at the moment, I just had to take advantage of the situation!
I booked a flight for me and my partner over to San-Francisco with the plan of hiring a big American Cadillac once we got there. I would take my partner on a road trip across the states and back again, and we would pick up our American bargains on the way! I had always wanted to see the States like this and I couldn’t believe that I finally had the chance to do it! We would visit the deep south, head up the east coast through New York and back across again to San Francisco. Three weeks of pure bliss in the country of my dreams. My girlfriend thought it was a great idea and we both booked the time off work the very next day. I don’t know how I am going to contain myself for the next month but when we go I know I am going to have the time of my life!
